 As you may have noticed, we have been working on the green space on the east side of the Karlton.

We will be doing landscaping and building a pavilion on the site to make the area more enjoyable, we will have BBQ grills and picnic tables for you to use. Also trees and flowers will be planted to enhance the setting. Since this area is in very close proximity to many of our properties, it can be used by everyone. And it is a wireless internet hot spot! If you have any suggestions for improving the area, please let us know!

The exercise room in the Karlton is available to all Property Concepts residents 24/7 ! new equipment has been added recently.

Additional off street parking has been added to the south side of the Karlton building, this will service Karlton, Jefferson , 207 Jefferson , and other Property Concepts residents.

In the lobby of the Jefferson apartment building we have added a piano, feel free to use it if you like.

We will be having our annual Christmas window decorating contest, the winner will receive $50.00. Watch for flyers for contest details!

Pay a visit to the  new coffee & chocolate drink shop and a Greek restaurant that just opened within 1/2 block of over 60 of our apartments, you'll be glad you did!

There are new snack and soda machines in the Karlton laundry facility, and in the Jefferson lobby both equipped with bill changers for doing laundry as well as any cravings you may have.
